As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor who also has lived experience as an Autistic person, I understand the nuanced needs of autistic adults and families needing support for their neurodiverse children.

We provide Individual Counselling for those who are seeking support through life’s changes and challenges.
Individual counselling is available for those who have been diagnosed Autistic or have ADHD. Whether newly diagnosed, late diagnosis or early diagnosis individual counselling can offer support for those who have experienced additional stress or anxieties related to being an Autistic person.
Individuals who are working through spiritual questioning or Deconstruction from a religious centre can also find support through individual counselling.

Coverage may be provided by your extended insurance coverage provided through Sunlife, Pacific Blue Cross, Green Shield, Equitable Life Of Canada, and Claim Secure. Please confirm with your insurance provider that counselling is covered. After payment is received a receipt will be issued for you to submit to your provider.
